X-ray picture is similar as at fibrous cavernous tuberculosis, because consequence of lung cirrhosis is fibrous cavernous lung tuberculosis. Cirrhosis usually occupies one or several lobes, quite often it happens bilateral. Quite often it is possible to see, especially on tomograms, multiple, oval enlightenments in shrunken departments – bronchiectasis and bulls. The thin walls, absence of outflow to a root are characteristic for them. But sometimes it is difficult to distinguish bronchiectasis and bullous formations from a cavity. Therefore at cirrhosis it is necessary carefully to search mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum.
